This website is run by Logan, a music producer based in the UK. Logan is responsible for any personal information collected through this site. If you have a question about your data, email bookings@example.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
Booking and enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, social media handle, reference links and project details.
Beat purchases: your name, email address and order details. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Emails and messages you send us directly.
Site usage, if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.
3. How we use it and why
To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. We do this because you asked us to, before any agreement is made.
To deliver work and licences you've paid for. This is needed to carry out our agreement with you.
To keep financial records. The law requires us to keep these for tax purposes.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use a small number of services to run this site, and they only handle your data on our behalf:
Formspree receives booking form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, and transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.
[Email provider, e.g. Gmail] stores our email correspondence with you.
[Payment provider, e.g. Stripe or PayPal] processes beat purchases.
Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google is based in the United States. We've turned off its advertising features.
[Hosting provider, e.g. GitHub Pages or Netlify] hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of paid work are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
give you a copy of the information we hold about you
correct anything that's wrong
delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
stop or limit how we use it
send your information to you or another service in a usable format
Email bookings@example.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. This relies on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through . See the cookie policy for details.
